Aspen Hall welcomes Beesons to stay in a house built by ancestor, Edward Beeson, Sr. in 1747 in what was Frederick County, Virginia and is now Berkeley County, West Virginia. The main section of the house was built by Edward Beeson, Jr. in 1771. And another house on the property was built by John Mendenhall, brother of Edward, Sr.'s wife Martha.
